Students away from home are looking for a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing environment, where they have all the support facilities and services to be able to concentrate on their studies. At the same time universities are looking for more opportunities to attract and retain the best fee paying students.
The result is places like this UniLodge property, which we have designed for a private investor, and that has been leased to the University of NSW. The property accommodates appoximately 250 students and offers a high degree of pastoral care, plus a range of social, recreational and support facilities.
